   4. Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services or connected systems.
   5. Distribute malicious code like viruses or conduct denial of service attacks on the Services.
   6. Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, unlawful, or misleading activities.
   7. Using another person's account without authorization or posing as another person.
   8. Sending, receiving, uploading, downloading, or re-using any material that violates this policy or the Terms and Conditions.
   9. Unauthorized use of our logo, name, or creating any entities or partnerships using our branding.

3. Financial Data Use

   1. You may only use financial data accessed through the Services for lawful purposes in compliance with applicable securities laws and regulations.
   2. Engaging in regulated financial activities using the Services.
   3. You may not redistribute, resell, or commercialize any financial data without proper licenses/authorizations.
   4. You may not misrepresent or falsify any financial data or insights generated by the Services.
   5. Using the Services for illegal insider trading activities is strictly prohibited.

4. User Accounts & Conduct

   1. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials and account.
   2. You may not share or transfer access to your account to any third party.
   3. You may not impersonate any person or entity or provide inaccurate information when creating an account.
   4. Harassment, abuse, or any illegal activities conducted through your account will violate this AUP.
   5. Attempting to circumvent paying fees.

5. Restrictions on Use

   1. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials and account.
   2. You may not share or transfer access to your account to any third party.
   3. You may not impersonate any person or entity or provide inaccurate information when creating an account.
   4. Harassment, abuse, or any illegal activities conducted through your account will violate this AUP.
   5. Attempting to circumvent paying fees.

6. Monitoring & Enforcement

   Dafinchi.ai reserves the right to review conduct for compliance and investigate any potential violations of this AUP. Dafinchi.ai may restrict, suspend or terminate your access to the Services for any violation, at its sole discretion.

   By using the Services, you agree that Dafinchi.ai shall not be liable for any loss/damages arising from actions taken to enforce this AUP.
