Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) governs your access to and use of the Dafinchi.ai platform, tools, services, and website (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP.

Definitions

Unless otherwise stated, "You" refers to the user of the Website and/or Services. Capitalized terms not defined in this policy have the same meaning as in the Terms and Conditions.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services or connected systems.
  • Distribute malicious code like viruses or conduct denial of service attacks on the Services.
  • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, unlawful, or misleading activities.
  • Use another person's account without authorization or pose as another person.
  • Send, receive, upload, download, or re-use any material that violates this policy or the Terms and Conditions.
  • Use our logo, name, or create any entities or partnerships using our branding without authorization.

Financial Data Use

  • You may only use financial data accessed through the Services for lawful purposes in compliance with applicable securities laws and regulations.
  • Engaging in regulated financial activities using the Services is prohibited.
  • You may not redistribute, resell, or commercialize any financial data without proper licenses/authorizations.
  • You may not misrepresent or falsify any financial data or insights generated by the Services.
  • Using the Services for illegal insider trading activities is strictly prohibited.

User Accounts & Conduct

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and account.
  • You may not share or transfer access to your account to any third party.
  • You may not impersonate any person or entity or provide inaccurate information when creating an account.
  • Harassment, abuse, or any illegal activities conducted through your account will violate this AUP.
  • Attempting to circumvent paying fees is prohibited.

Restrictions on Use

  • You may not share or transfer access to your account to any third party.
  • You may not impersonate any person or entity or provide inaccurate information when creating an account.
  • Harassment, abuse, or any illegal activities conducted through your account will violate this AUP.
  • Attempting to circumvent paying fees is prohibited.

Monitoring & Enforcement

Dafinchi.ai reserves the right to review conduct for compliance and investigate any potential violations of this AUP. Dafinchi.ai may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Services for any violation, at its sole discretion.

By using the Services, you agree that Dafinchi.ai shall not be liable for any loss/damages arising from actions taken to enforce this AUP.
